Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellations:
- Free cancellation is available for bookings canceled 48 hours or more prior to the check-in date.
- Any payments made will be fully refunded within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method.
Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.
No-Shows:
- In case of no-shows, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rates:
- If you’ve booked a non-refundable rate, cancellations or changes to the reservation are not permitted, and the full payment will be retained.
Modifications:
- We are happy to assist with changes to your reservation, subject to room availability and rate differences. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request modifications.
