Cancellation Policy

At Marine Bay Sanur, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness for all our guests:

  1. Flexible Cancellations:

    • Free cancellation is available for bookings canceled 48 hours or more prior to the check-in date.
    • Any payments made will be fully refunded within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method.

  2. Late Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

  3. No-Shows:

    • In case of no-shows, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

  4. Non-Refundable Rates:

    • If you’ve booked a non-refundable rate, cancellations or changes to the reservation are not permitted, and the full payment will be retained.

  5. Modifications:

    • We are happy to assist with changes to your reservation, subject to room availability and rate differences. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request modifications.

  4. No-Show Policy:

    • Failure to check in without prior notice will result in a charge for the entire stay, with no refund.

  5. Changes to Bookings:

    • Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Any changes may result in additional charges.
